Pin-Up Gin
Once an iconic facet of American culture, the Pin-Up embodied a lively contrast to an otherwise industrious period in American history. In the same vein, our Pin-Up Gin was envisioned to provide a vibrant addition to our lineup of spirits. Using the same neutral base we handcrafted for our Tennessee Vodka, we’ve spiced things up by adding 12 botanicals to the distillation process. As a result, we have a spirit that builds upon past achievements. Pin-Up Gin is an aromatic spirit contrived to appeal to the senses.

Maple Lime Gimlet
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Maple Syrup
1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled 1/3 with ice. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into chilled cocktail glass over ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime slice.
Tennessee Vodka
Let’s face it, Tennessee isn’t the first place that comes to mind when you’re talking vodka, but hear us out. What if we distilled a true “Tennessee Vodka” from our 100% non-GMO corn, finished it in our copper pot still, and filtered it through the same sugar maple charcoal we use for our Tennessee Whiskey? Well, you’re about to reap the rewards of our little experiment. Here’s to you and a glorious vodka with just the right amount of Tennessee kick.

1/2 oz. Old Glory Tennessee Vodka
1/2 oz. Jumper’s Smash White Rum
1/2 oz. Smooth Shine
1/2 oz. Pin-Up Gin
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass over ice. Top it off with coke and garnish with a lemon slice.

No siree. Heeding the advice of the old timers that have gone before us, we employ a low-and-slow distillation process on an all copper pot still – just like it was done in the backwoods. The result is one worthy of writing home about, and one we’re proud to share with you and yours. So crack open this truly Smooth Shine, and enjoy it one glorious sip at a time!
