First Barrels (of Rum!) Filled

There’s a characteristic of many craftsmen that some consider a fault, but we see it differently. It’s the insatiable desire to constantly improve something that’s already great. The age old saying of “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” simply doesn’t apply to us.

So what does this have to do with rum? We’ve barreled up some of our finest Jumper’s Stash White Rum for a barrel aged and a spiced release here in a few years. This already great tasting spirit is going to take on wonderful vanilla and caramel notes from the used Wild Turkey barrels that we’re aging it in. While taste will be the final determining factor, we’re slating these barrels to be dumped after a 2 year rest.
