What is included in my room rental fee?

The room rate includes tables and chairs for up to 350 guests. We have 60″ round and 8′ rectangular tables available. We do not provide linens, but we do have them available for rent.  We set up and clean up the items that we provide.

What are the food/catering rules at the Old Glory Distilling Co. Event Center?

If your party consists of more than 50 people, a caterer from our pre-approved list must be used.  If you have less than 50 guests, you may bring in your own food, but you will not have access to our catering kitchen. The only people we allow to use the kitchen are our approved caterers.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

You may bring in the alcohol for your event, but all alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender provided through a professional bar tending service or the pre-approved caterer of choice. Your guests are strictly prohibited from consuming or bringing in outside alcohol on the Old Glory Distilling Co. premises.

Can I bring in my own decorations?

The Old Glory Distilling Co. Event Center does not provide decorations, so please feel free to use your own decorations or contract out any decorations you wish to use to make your event special and unique to your needs. Decorations may not be hung on any walls of the facility, and the use of glitter, confetti, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Will there be Old Glory Distilling Co. Staff there the day of my event?

An Old Glory Distilling Co. Event Center representative will be present on the day of the event from the moment you need to enter the facility (your event day start time) until the last person leaves (your event day end time). For this reason, any changes to your event time made within 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your event will incur additional fees for need to adjust staff availability for the duration of the associated event. The Old Glory Distilling Co. Event Center staff member is on site in case of any emergencies and to ensure that everything with the venue is taken care of.

Do I need additional special event insurance?

We do require that corporate event functions obtain additional liability insurance for the day of the event naming Old Glory Distilling Co. as additionally insured. A copy of this insurance policy is required for the Renter’s file. Non-corporate clients will not require additional insurance for the associated event unless otherwise stated by an Old Glory Distilling Co. Event Center staff member on a per event basis.

Is smoking or vaping permitted on the Old Glory Distilling Co. Event Center premises?

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the facility, but there are designated smoking areas outside. The Renter is responsible for ensuring the removal of any tobacco remnants left on the property during the duration of the associated event.
